Use the service with permission
Use KinoStreamHub for lawful workflows and respect the permissions and applicable rules of the sites and systems you access. Appropriate examples include public-web research, checking campaigns you manage, and testing your own regional user experiences.
Residential routing does not grant permission to access a system, collect restricted information, or bypass a person's privacy choices.
Activities that are not permitted
- Credential stuffing, password guessing, account takeover, or unauthorized access.
- Phishing, payment fraud, identity theft, or deceptive impersonation.
- Malware distribution, botnet activity, denial-of-service attacks, or destructive scanning.
- Spam, harassment, stalking, or collecting private personal information without authorization.
- Evading account restrictions to continue abusive activity or facilitating unlawful transactions.
- Reselling, sharing, or exposing account access without authorization.
Protect credentials and capacity
Keep your account and any future proxy credentials private. Do not publish credentials in source code, public issue reports, or support messages. If you suspect a password was exposed, change it in Settings.
Do not interfere with the storefront or attempt to access another customer's orders, traffic, or support conversations.
Report problems
Use workspace support or email abuse@kinostreamhub.com to report suspected misuse or a security concern. Include relevant public URLs, times, and a brief description. Do not exploit a suspected weakness or collect other users' data to demonstrate it.
Access may be restricted while abuse is investigated or to protect the service. Support can review a restriction you believe was applied in error.
