Information stored by the storefront
When you create an account, the storefront stores your email address, password hash, recovery-code hash, account creation time, and launch notification preference. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored as readable text.
It also stores account sessions, support tickets and replies, and account security events. When sales open, order and traffic balance records will be associated with your account. Do not put passwords, private keys, or wallet seed phrases in support messages.
How the information is used
Account information supports sign-in, recovery, account management, and support. Security records help protect the storefront from abuse and investigate account changes.
Launch notifications are optional. You can change your preference in Settings. A preference records your choice; it does not mean a notification has been sent.
Cookies and basic site measurement
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. It is not readable by page scripts. Signing out removes the current session. Password changes and recovery invalidate previous account sessions.
The storefront records basic page and button events such as a landing-page view, pricing view, or signup start. These event records contain an event name, a source label, and a timestamp; the event table does not include an account ID or email address. A source label from a campaign link and your selected traffic pack may be kept in your browser's session storage.
IP-derived rate-limit keys help limit repeated requests. Hosting infrastructure may also process connection information for operating and securing the site.
Storage and retention
Storefront records are stored on the service's Hetzner-hosted server. The application removes expired sessions and rate-limit entries during scheduled cleanup. Basic site event records are kept for up to 90 days, plus the interval before the next cleanup.
Account, order, support, and security records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. They remain until the operator removes them. Payment details will be processed by the configured crypto payment service when checkout becomes available; the supported checkout will be identified before payment.
Email sent to the public support, privacy, or abuse addresses is routed through Forward Email to the operator's Proton mailbox. Those services process the message and sender information to deliver it. Workspace tickets are stored by the storefront instead.
Your account controls
In Settings, you can change your password, update your launch notification preference, and download an export of your account information, orders, and support conversations.
For a deletion request, correction, or other privacy question, open a support ticket or email privacy@kinostreamhub.com. State what you need without including additional sensitive information. If you cannot sign in, the recovery page accepts your email and saved recovery code, or you can contact support@kinostreamhub.com.
