No payments during prelaunch
Creating a KinoStreamHub account is free. Traffic sales are closed while payment settlement and residential delivery are prepared. The storefront does not request deposits or prelaunch payments.
Do not send cryptocurrency to an address received outside a checkout opened from your account's order. There is no active public payment address to fund a prelaunch balance.
Before a purchase becomes available
The traffic rate is $1 USD per decimal GB. The supported coin and blockchain network, exchange amount, invoice expiry, and any separate fees must be visible before you confirm payment.
The purchase and refund conditions for live traffic will be published before sales open. This prelaunch page does not promise a refund eligibility window, processing time, or reimbursement of wallet or network fees.
If you have a payment concern
Contact workspace support with the order ID, public transaction ID, coin, and blockchain network. Describe the issue, such as an expired invoice, incorrect amount, or payment that is not reflected in Orders. If you cannot sign in, email support@kinostreamhub.com.
Never send your wallet seed phrase, private key, account password, or recovery code. Do not make a second payment to resolve an unexplained first payment without first checking the order with support.
